Saturday, December 3rd 9 am to noon UWMC Engineering Lab 3rd Floor Main Building Workshop for middle school and high school students interested in learning some basic coding and use of sensors in robotics. Participants will work in teams of 2-4 to program a SparkFun RedBot using an Arduino RedBoard. The Arduino platform is an open-source favorite of hobbyists and professionals for all sorts of creative circuitry projects with sensors. Space is limited to 16 participants. Priority is given to STEM ROV Club members. RSVP to sschmidt@snapshotscience.org by December 1st. Walk-ins welcomed, space permitting. Suggested donation between $10 - $20. |
